Additional Info
• Lawn size is determined using satellite imagery. I’ll confirm your service tier after reviewing your property.
• Weekly service is recommended in spring. Biweekly may be available mid-to-late summer at 1.5× the weekly rate due to increased mowing time and cleanup.
• Extra fees may apply for:
– Excessive pet waste that requires equipment cleaning ($15–$25)
– Bagging and hauling grass clippings or leaves (flat fee based on lawn size)
– Large debris or stick removal, quoted case-by-case
